for asking us for our reply. Your driver, Komang is very responsible
and took care of our welfare. As on my very first day, we visited
Uluwatu and my spectacles was snatched by the monkey while Komang took
our picture. He helps me to get back my spectacles and lenses. Later he
drives us to Matahari shoppping complex to have my spectacles fixed
back.
Overall, he brought us to all our places that we intend to go.

Thank you for your email.
We
are fine here. Although our flight was delayed for 2 and 1/2 hours
(originally should depart at 7.45pm but only departed at 10.30pm) due to
technical problem, but it did not spoil our holiday mood and nice trip
in Bali.
Attached is our picture with your company's tour guide, Mr. Wayan.
He was very patient, sweet, friendly, punctual, flexible, caring, easy-going and always had smiley face for whole trip.
We asked
him many questions about living style, culture of Balinese and etc, but
he was being patient to answer all of our questions and explain
further. He never felt that we were very iritating as we asked a lot
of.... questions. haha...
When there was raining, he went
back to his car to take umbrella for us to make sure we will not getting
wet. He even purposely to find a wood stick to protect us being
attached by monkeys. He always reminded us to be careful wherever the
destination was dangerous. He was patient to wait for us to do 2 hours
massage and spa. He was flexible to accomodate our request. He tried his
best to find some local foods for us upon request from us. He was
always on time to fetch us at our hotel. He was good temper person and
always smiled at us. And, he intially helped us to take photo.
Last but not least, he made our honeymoon trip perfert, sweet and memorable. Thanks once again!
I will surely recommend him to our friends in future.
So regret that can't meet you at Bali as my friend said you are funny, but we are happy with Wayan's service.

for your greetings. We are very satisfied with the service provided.
Komang is very helpful when it comes to planning the route especially
when we wanted to change our itinerary in the last minute. He suggested
us to go to the north to see the wild dolphins when we are tired of
ample temple visits. In order to catch a glimpse of the dolphins at
Lovina beach, we would need to start the day as early as 3am. Even
though the activities ended late on the previous day, Komang was still
very willing to fetch us on time the following day. Thanks to Komang, we
all felt that the last minute change in itinerary was worth while. In
fact, it was the activity that all of us enjoyed the most.
For the
entire 6 days with him, he always took the initiative to help us to
take many nice photos. Unlike some other drivers, Komang not only sent
us to the places that we wanted to visit but also kept us accompanied.
Sometimes, he would also share with us some experiences he had of the
place, which we felt were rather interesting.
In terms of punctuality
and patience of Komang, we totally have no complains on that. He always
arrived 10-15 minutes before the meeting time to wait for us. He is the
most punctual and patient driver we have ever met.
I would certainly recommend his service to my friends & relatives who are planning a holiday to Bali.

Sugi's service was good! We are very satisfied with how friendly he was and how he was willing to accommodate our requests.
On
the first day especially, after he picked us up from the airport, we
requested to go get our money changed and to buy instant coffee and babi
guling. Sugi kindly catered to our needs and brought us to where we
wanted to go without any complaints or further charges, even though it
was supposed to be a simple airport-hotel pickup and drop off. This kind
of service is very good and will make people recommend your company to
friends.
Just wanted to let you know that three years ago, you drove
me and my friends around when we were on holiday in Bali and we were
also very impressed. That's why I contacted you again this time. :)

Wayan
greet us on the first day with great smile although our flight delayed
for more than 1 hour. He always patiently handle the situation since we
